Richard Andron, on behalf of Nick Boosalis, submitted the following applications to allow a new four-story mixed use building with ground floor commercial, 43 residential units, and a drive-through for a coffee shop at 4155 Hiawatha Ave in the I2 and Industrial Living Overlay District:
- Conditional use permit to allow dwelling units in a new building in the Industrial Living Overlay District
- Site plan review
