Notice of Public Hearing

Joshua Jansen of Collage Architects has submitted the following applications to allow a new mixed-use building with 54 dwelling units and 1,977 square feet of commercial space at 4553 and 4561 Minnehaha Ave:

  • Conditional use permit to increase the maximum permitted height
  • Variance to increase the maximum floor area ratio
  • Variance to reduce the north interior side yard setback
  • Variance to increase the percentage of required parking spaces that may be satisfied by providing compact spaces
  • Site plan review

The City Planning Commission will meet on Monday, December 3, 2018 at 4:30 p.m., in Room 317 City Hall, 350 S. 5th St., Minneapolis, MN.  Interested parties are invited to attend and be heard. Planning Department staff will issue a recommendation to the Planning Commission. After hearing from the public, the Planning Commission will make a determination based on required legal findings of fact.
