Purpose: Kristen Denzer, of Tierra Encantada, has submitted the following applications to allow a new four-story commercial building to be used as a child care center at 4012 and 4016 Minnehaha Ave:
- Conditional use permit to increase the maximum height permitted.
- Variance to reduce the minimum parking requirement.
- Variance to reduce the minimum required width of parking isles to allow vehicle maneuvering in the alley.
- Site plan review.
