Heron Lopez has submitted the following land use applications to allow the construction of a new three-story mixed-use building with eight dwelling units and approximately 2,400 square feet of commercial space at 2815 Lake St E:
- Variance to increase the percentage of off-street parking spaces provided as compact spaces.
- Site plan review.
