Geek Love Café at Moon Palace Books has submitted an application for a Permanent Expansion of Premises that would add an 18-seat private patio to their restaurant. They currently have an On-sale Wine Class A with Strong Beer License and a Theater License.

Public Hearing Notice: Two (2) Appeals of Minnehaha Academy Re-build/Expansion

M. Michelle Coady has filed an appeal of the City Planning Commission’s decision to approve the following land use applications to allow for additions to an existing K-12 school located at 3100 River Pkwy W.

Douglas R. Braithwaite has filed an appeal of the City Planning Commission’s decision to approve a condition of a approval to a conditional use permit to allow for additions to an existing K-12 school located at 3100 River Pkwy W.

Committee Chairperson Elections

LCC Committee chairs are elected yearly and can serve up to 3 consecutive years.  Committee chairs are critical to the success of committees as mechanisms for resident involvement and decision-making. Chairs work closely with staff to strategize agendas, provide advice on topical issues in the neighborhood, and build the capacity of committees.
