All are welcome. \nPROJECT ONE: 3716 Cheatham Avenue\, 100 affordable units of varying sizes targeted toward families with an average income of 50% of the area median income (AMI). Developer company: Trellis \nPROJECT TWO: 3561 Minnehaha Avenue; a 4-story\, energy efficient\, low carbon construction containing 30-32 apartment units and 1\,600 square feet of ground floor commercial space.
