SUMMARY:Community sessions for Independent Evaluator selection
DESCRIPTION:The MDHR settlement agreement requires independent oversight of the City of Minneapolis and Minneapolis Police Department by an Independent Evaluator. The Independent Evaluator will be a key third-party that will evaluate how the City carries out the terms of the settlement agreement and help move the City into compliance.\n\n\n\nThe City of Minneapolis is hosting two community sessions for the public to get an opportunity to meet and ask questions of the three Independent Evaluator candidates. The public can submit questions for the candidates in advance of the sessions.\n\n\n\nAfter the community sessions\, the public will be able to provide feedback on the candidates that the City and MDHR will review before selecting an Independent Evaluator.
