Committee Goal/Purpose:

The Neighborhood Development & Transportation Committee (NDTC) addresses issues related to housing, zoning and economic development, and transportation within Greater Longfellow.

NDTC works to advance and guide economic development and redevelopment in the greater Longfellow community. Volunteer residents of Greater Longfellow participate on the committee to monitor and influence development projects to ensure that they are responsive to grassroots-level community input. The committee is responsible for generating resident feedback on zoning applications, specifically for commercial and multi-family housing developments.

This is our committee’s strategic plan.

Join Us at an Upcoming Committee Meeting!

NDTC meets monthly; all meetings are open to the public, and residents of Greater Longfellow are invited to participate in voting. For dates, times, and meeting locations, check the LCC Calendar or contact the LCC office at 612-722-4529.
