Public Hearing Notice: Four-story Mixed Use Apartment & Drive-through Coffee Shop at Current WashMe Car Wash Site on Hiawatha

Richard Andron, on behalf of Nick Boosalis, submitted the following applications to allow a new four-story mixed use building with ground floor commercial, 43 residential units, and a drive-through for a coffee shop at 4155 Hiawatha Ave in the I2 and Industrial Living Overlay District:

  • Conditional use permit to allow dwelling units in a new building in the Industrial Living Overlay District
  • Site plan review

Public Hearing Notice: Two (2) Appeals of Minnehaha Academy Re-build/Expansion

M. Michelle Coady has filed an appeal of the City Planning Commission’s decision to approve the following land use applications to allow for additions to an existing K-12 school located at 3100 River Pkwy W.

Douglas R. Braithwaite has filed an appeal of the City Planning Commission’s decision to approve a condition of a approval to a conditional use permit to allow for additions to an existing K-12 school located at 3100 River Pkwy W.
