Join us for a virtual community meeting with Holiday Station Stores LLC, to discuss their plans for the reconstruction of the Holiday gas station located at 4601 Hiawatha Avenue. The project includes a larger convenience store located at the corner of 46th and Hiawatha Ave. and car wash with expanded services.
The meeting will feature a presentation, Q & A and community vote, which will be conducted through an online survey. The vote will determine whether LCC provides a letter of support, conditional support or non-support to the City Planning Commission regarding the developers land use requests listed below.
Land use application requests:
- Conditional Use Permit for a dynamic sign.
- Variance to allow a curb cut wider than 35 feet between the site and frontage road.
- Approval of an Expansion and Alteration of a Nonconforming Use, due to project being located in a C3A and Pedestrian Oriented Overlay District.
