On behalf of the owners of the Minnehaha Mall and PF Baseline a franchisee of Planet Fitness, Metro Equity Management and Creador Architecture has been tasked with helping pursue a conditional use permit for the expansion of the mall to accommodate a new Planet Fitness. The Minnehaha Mall is located at 2510 Lake Street E.
The proposed immediate expansion is to add a 4,500 square foot addition behind 2 existing spaces (Too New York and Quorluxly Restaurant). Planet Fitness will be located in all of these areas for a total of approximately 18,000 square feet. Quorluxly Restaurant has closed their restaurant in the center and Too New York will be leaving the mall at the end of their lease term. The Tenant mix in the mall will be Minnesota Transitions Charter School, Sprint, Dollar Tree and Twin City Laundromat, Planet Fitness will be fill the mall.
