Richard Andron, on behalf of Nick Boosalis, submitted the following applications to allow a new four-story mixed use building with ground floor commercial, 43 residential units, and a drive-through for a coffee shop at 4155 Hiawatha Ave in the I2 and Industrial Living Overlay District:

  • Conditional use permit to allow dwelling units in a new building in the Industrial Living Overlay District
  • Site plan review

Public Hearing Notice: Proposed Dominos, Starbucks Drive-throughs at 4155 Hiawatha Ave.

Richard Andron, on behalf of Nick Boosalis, submitted the following applications to allow two new one-story buildings with separate drive-throughs for fast food restaurants and coffee shop at 4155 Hiawatha Avenue in the I2 zoning district:

  • Conditional Use Permit to allow a fast food restaurant;
  • Site plan review.
