The Community Clean Ups gather people from the neighborhood and community together to contribute to the health and vitality of the Greater Longfellow neighborhood by cleaning up Lake Street. All are welcome. This is a free, family-friendly event – join us Tuesday, June 11th!

To join the clean up simply sign up and our Community Organizer Ben will email you with the location to meet up with clean up coordinators and get materials – all clean up materials will be provided. Clean up slots are open from 3 to 4:30pm and 4:30 to 6pm. We strongly suggest wearing sturdy shoes and dressing for the weather. And we suggest bringing a mask for whenever you find yourself in close proximity to other volunteers.
