A community vote will be held at the conclusion of the meeting, on whether to issue a letter in support of the developer’s land use application to the Minneapolis City Planning Commission.

Purpose: FFA Building company has submitted the following land use application to allow the conversion of the existing building at 3320 41st St. E to a school:
- Conditional Use Permit to allow a K-12 school.
- Variance to the standards of the PO Pedestrian Overlay District.

Interested parties are invited to attend and be heard. Planning Department staff will issue a recommendation to the Planning Commission. After hearing from the public, the Planning commission will make a determination based on required legal findings of fact. Please visit www.minneapolismn.gov/meetings/planning for the agenda with staff reports (web page will be updated by the end of the day Wednesday prior to the meeting).
